Yeah i know, i just enabled verbose to show you where it gets stuck, booting without it doesn't make any difference, it still takes around 1 minute.

I have no idea :D I think the voodooHDA would also work for high sierra? But right now i dont really see a point in reinstalling everything, not alot of new stuff in High Sierra compared to Sierra :) I think i might skip it, as they are saying alot of new stuff will come out with 10.14 :)

This is for the sierra or high sierra installation? I managed to get the sound and mic working with a voodooHDA kext on Sierra. Is the sound with AppleALC and Lilu better than the voodooHDA? I think its okay with this aswell... My Asus is N550JK-CN022D.
